The most popular online classifieds in Serbia dealing with the sale of used cars, as well as new vehicles, parts, and accessories for cars.
This site allows users to browse a large number of vehicle sale ads, as well as post their own ads if they wish to sell their car.
Besides cars, it is also possible to find ads for motorcycles, trucks, buses, and other types of vehicles.

Research
User Interviews: I organised a series of interviews with actual users of the application. These conversations allowed me to directly collect information about their experiences, preferences, and the problems they face when using the current application.
Market and Competition Analysis: I reviewed existing applications in the market with similar functionality, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses. This included assessing user experience, design, and functionality.
Analysis of Collected Information: After data collection, I thoroughly analysed the information to identify key areas for improvement. This analysis included identifying patterns in the data that indicate specific user needs and their frustrations with the current version of the application.
Challenge
Lack of direct access to demographic data and analytics:
This limitation forced me to rely on alternative data collection methods, which sometimes made the process of identifying and understanding specific user needs more difficult.
Constraints in resources and time: As in any project, constraints in resources and time posed additional challenges, especially when it came to detailed testing of prototypes and design iterations.
Problem
Reducing Cognitive Load: The goal was to simplify the user interface to facilitate search, enabling users to navigate intuitively and quickly find the desired vehicles.
Finding Optimal Prices: In light of economic changes, including inflation and legislative changes that led to increased car prices, I implemented advanced search tools. These tools allow users to efficiently filter vehicles by price, facilitating the finding of ideal offers. This innovation directly contributed to increased conversions and user engagement, encouraging more intense interaction on the platform.
Refreshing Visual Identity: I updated the site and brand design to reflect modernity and professionalism, improving user experience and strengthening trust in the platform.
Solution
Every step in the design process was aimed at creating value for users, with a focus on clarity, functionality, and aesthetics.
